Qualification: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Architecture or relevant areas of study.

Job Duties:

Company seeks to hire an Architectural Designer with technically driven professionalism to grow business and secure clients. Duties include:

- project sites observation, site analysis and documentation;

- prepare construction drawings, schedules, models, photomontages, mood boards, inspiration, and other presentation documentations;

- develop building code familiarity and assist in troubleshooting of code issues;

- assist with construction administration documents, attend project meetings and know project's work scope, task budgets, etc.

- collaborate with peers, managements and clients and provide necessary support to ensure business success.
